Who we are

Welcome to The Rehab Centre

A trusted allied health and rehabilitation service committed to supporting people to live with greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.

At The Rehab Centre, we provide professional and person-centred allied health services with a strong focus on Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. Our team works closely with participants, families, carers, support coordinators, schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to deliver meaningful and practical outcomes for every individual we support.

We understand that every person's journey is unique. That is why we take the time to listen, understand individual goals, and develop tailored therapy approaches that support long-term wellbeing, participation, and independence.

Our services support people living with disability, neurological conditions, developmental challenges, injuries, mobility concerns, and everyday functional difficulties. Whether someone requires support at home, in the community, at school, or through the NDIS, our goal is to provide therapy that is compassionate, evidence-based, and outcome-focused.

Our culture

What Our Team Says

The strength of TRC comes from the people behind it. Our team culture is built on support, growth, inclusion, and genuine care.

“I chose TRC for our strong, close and supportive workplace culture that encourages professional growth as a new graduate and beyond. I love the opportunity I get to travel across QLD each week to work with diverse client groups, which allows me to broaden my skills, experience and passion for making meaningful impacts beyond the clinic and the local community.”

Steph Outreach OT – New Graduate

“I’ve loved being part of the TRC team for the past three years. From starting out as an Occupational Therapy Assistant to stepping into my role as a new graduate Occupational Therapist, I’ve always felt supported and valued. The team is inclusive, caring, and makes work-life balance a priority. TRC has consistently invested in my professional growth, helping me develop my skills and thrive in my role.”

Cherry Occupational Therapist

“In this team, your development isn’t an afterthought. When we bring someone new into the team, we make sure they’re supported with structure, supervision, and space to find their strengths. We want every OT to feel like they’re part of something — not just clocking in and out. We invest in our team because we want them here long-term — not just to fill a role, but to build a career they’re proud of.”
